  1. Introduction Welcome to FindCab Ltd. (“FindCab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our ride-booking services, website, mobile application, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
  2. Eligibility By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  3. Booking and Reservation
  • 3.1 Booking Process: To book a ride with FindCab, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding your pickup and drop-off locations, desired time of service, and any specific requirements. Bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer support team.
  • 3.2 Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your booking details, including the driver’s information, vehicle details, and estimated fare. This confirmation serves as your official receipt and proof of booking.
  • 3.3 Service Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. FindCab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded.
  1. Pricing and Payments
  • 4.1 Fare Estimation: The fare for your ride will be estimated based on the distance, duration, time of day, and the type of vehicle or service selected. Fares are subject to change based on real-time conditions, such as traffic or route deviations.
  • 4.2 Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Payment details must be provided at the time of booking.
  • 4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize FindCab to charge the full amount of the fare, without hidden processes.
  • 4.4 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services such as waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or surcharges for late-night or peak-time bookings. These charges will be clearly communicated to you and added to your final bill.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • 5.1 Customer Cancellation:
  • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • For bookings made 2 to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are allowed to cancel the booking only 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. If you cancel within this window, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. If you cancel more than 2 hour prior to the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund.
  • 5.2 FindCab Cancellation: FindCab reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or driver issues. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and offer an alternative solution If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
  • 5.3 No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a “no-show,” and you may be charged the full fare. In case of late arrival of the customer, customer must inform the driver or FindCab support team about the conditions.
  • 5.4 Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  1. Use of Services
  • 6.1 Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the ride. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers may result in the termination of the ride and potential legal action.
  • 6.2 Prohibited Items: The transportation of illegal substances, hazardous materials, or any items that may cause harm to others is strictly prohibited. Passengers are also prohibited from smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal drugs in the vehicle.
  • 6.3 Luggage and Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. FindCab is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items during the ride. We recommend that you keep your belongings with you at all times.
  • 6.4 Child Safety: Passengers traveling with children are required to inform beforehand of appropriate child safety seats; booster seats, child seats as per legal requirements. Our drivers are not responsible for providing or installing child safety seats unless the passenger informs the FindCab team.
  1. Driver Responsibilities
  • 7.1 Driver Conduct: All FindCab drivers are required to adhere to our strict code of conduct, which includes maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, and complying with all traffic laws and regulations.
  • 7.2 Vehicle Condition: Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are in good working condition, clean, and properly maintained. Regular inspections are conducted to ensure compliance with our standards.
  • 7.3 Punctuality: Drivers are expected to arrive at the pickup location on time. In the event of unforeseen delays, drivers are required to notify the passenger as soon as possible.
  1. Meet and Greet
  • Waiting Time: Your driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, the driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly to account for any delays. Extended waiting times beyond this period may incur additional charges.
  • Location: The “Meet and Greet” service typically occurs at the airport arrivals hall or another agreed-upon location. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details of your flight or arrival time to ensure timely service.
  • Identification: For security and convenience, the driver will hold a sign with your name or booking reference. Please ensure you look for this sign at the designated meeting point.
  • Additional Charges: The “Meet and Greet” service is subject to an additional fee, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Any changes to the meeting point or delays in your arrival must be communicated to FindCab as soon as possible to avoid extra charges.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • 9.1 Service Delivery: While FindCab strives to provide timely, reliable, and safe services, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or any other factors beyond our control. In case of

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • 10.2 Data Use and Sharing: Your personal information is used to facilitate your bookings, improve our services, and communicate with you. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
  • 10.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

  • 11.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with FindCab, including our website and mobile application, are the property of FindCab Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
  • 11.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FindCab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile application.   • 13.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • 13.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
  • 13.3 Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
