Local knowledge

Altrincham has a lot of business travellers and families flying long haul. Our executive cars and estates are popular here for that reason.

Our drivers know Altrincham well and use the route that suits the traffic on the day. If there is a closure or a big event on, we will let you know if we think you should leave earlier.

The price is fixed when you book, whatever the traffic on the day.

Booking and paying

Use the form above or book online. You see the fixed price before you confirm. Online bookings need at least 8 hours’ notice; for anything sooner, call 0161 660 4006. We take card only and you pay online when you book, so there is no cash to sort out on the day.

Choosing the right car

For one or two people with normal luggage a saloon is enough. Families usually need an estate or a people carrier, and groups from Altrincham can book our 8 seater or 16 seater buses. Our executive cars are a Mercedes E-Class, a V-Class people carrier or an S-Class (or similar). Compare them all on our fleet page. Child and booster seats are free.

Arrivals

For arrivals, add your flight number and we follow the flight, so a delay doesn’t leave you without a car. If you want the driver to meet you inside the terminal with a name board, add meet & greet for £5. Otherwise the driver messages you with where to find the car. Read how meet & greet works.

We collect from any address in Altrincham, not just the places listed above. Put the house number or building name in the booking so the driver comes to the right door. For train journeys, see station transfers.
