Manchester Airport is usually around 1 hour 45 minutes from Blackpool by road, depending on traffic, mostly via the M55 and M6 then the M61 and M60. Local knowledge

Blackpool is a long run for a normal airport transfer, so most people book it as a door to door car rather than juggling trains and a change at Preston. We plan the pickup time with the traffic on the M55 and M6 in mind.

From Blackpool the usual route to Manchester Airport is the M61 or M66 down to the M60. Liverpool John Lennon and Leeds Bradford are also within reach, and we can quote all three.

Choosing the right car

For one or two people with normal luggage a saloon is enough. Families usually need an estate or a people carrier, and groups from Blackpool can book our 8 seater or 16 seater buses. Arrivals
