Private hire and airport cars in Poynton

We cover Poynton, Higher Poynton, Adlington and Disley. Manchester Airport is usually around 20 minutes from Poynton via the A555. For flight details, see our Manchester Airport transfers page.

Local knowledge

The link road has made Poynton a quick run to the airport. Disley and Adlington pickups are usually only a few minutes longer.

From Poynton we drive to Manchester most days, but we also cover Liverpool John Lennon, Birmingham and the London airports. Train stations on the West Coast line, such as Crewe, Macclesfield, Wilmslow and Warrington, are regular pickups too.

The price is fixed when you book, whatever the traffic on the day.

Booking and paying

Use the form above or book online. You see the fixed price before you confirm. Online bookings need at least 8 hours’ notice; for anything sooner, call 0161 660 4006. We take card only and you pay online when you book, so there is no cash to sort out on the day.

Choosing the right car

For one or two people with normal luggage a saloon is enough. Families usually need an estate or a people carrier, and groups from Poynton can book our 8 seater or 16 seater buses. Our executive cars are a Mercedes E-Class, a V-Class people carrier or an S-Class (or similar). Compare them all on our fleet page. Child and booster seats are free.

Arrivals

For arrivals, add your flight number and we follow the flight, so a delay doesn’t leave you without a car. If you want the driver to meet you inside the terminal with a name board, add meet & greet for £5. Otherwise the driver messages you with where to find the car. Read how meet & greet works.

We collect from any address in Poynton, not just the places listed above. Put the house number or building name in the booking so the driver comes to the right door. For train journeys, see station transfers.
