Questions answered

Office managers, PAs and finance teams ask us the same handful of questions before opening an account. Here they are, answered in two or three sentences each, so you can decide quickly whether a corporate account suits your team.

Setting up

What is a corporate travel account?

It links every trip your staff or guests take to your company, with one record of who travelled, when and where. It replaces collecting receipts and expense claims for each journey.

Who in my company can book?

You choose. Most companies let a few named people book, such as a PA or office manager, and some let staff book their own airport runs.

Setting up

Paying

How are business journeys priced?

Every journey has a fixed price agreed when it is booked, so finance teams know the cost before the trip. Waiting caused by a delayed flight does not change the price when the flight number is in the booking.

Can we get one invoice instead of paying per trip?

Ask us about invoicing when you open the account. We will explain the options that suit how often your team travels.

On the day

Which car should we send for a client?

Our executive cars are the usual choice for client pick-ups, with a smartly dressed driver who can meet them in arrivals with a name board. For a group, an executive people carrier keeps everyone together.

What if a meeting overruns?

Call or message us and we will move the pickup if we can. For days with several stops, booking by the hour is often simpler than separate journeys.

Do you cover trips outside Manchester?

Yes. We drive to every UK airport, including London Heathrow, and to stations and offices across the country at a fixed price.

On the day

Most of our business work is airport runs to Manchester Airport, station pick-ups at Piccadilly and Wilmslow, and longer trips to London airports and offices across the north. Executive cars are popular for client pick-ups, and an 8 seater minibus is the simple way to move a team to an event or away day.

Booking for guests and visitors

You can book a car for a client or new starter and put their mobile number in the booking, so the driver contacts them directly. For guests flying in, add the flight number and choose meet & greet, so they are met in arrivals with a name board and do not have to find their own way.

Getting started

Tell us roughly how many trips your team takes and where they usually go. We will suggest the simplest set-up. Read corporate accounts explained for more detail, or see our corporate accounts page.
