Standard or executive car: which should you book?

The difference between our standard saloons and executive cars, who each suits, and how to decide.

Whether you need to get to a meeting in Spinningfields or take a client to the airport, the car you arrive in says something. Here is how our standard and executive options differ, so you can choose with confidence.

Standard cars

A saloon, such as a Toyota Prius or Skoda Octavia, is a clean, comfortable car with air conditioning and phone charging. You get a licensed, vetted driver, a fixed price and flight tracking for airport pickups. It is the sensible choice for most airport runs, station trips and everyday journeys. If you need more luggage space, an estate has a bigger boot.

Executive cars

Our executive cars, such as the Mercedes E-Class, have leather seats, bottled water and a smartly dressed driver who can meet you in arrivals. For special occasions, the S-Class has extra rear legroom and a very quiet ride. These suit:

  • Client pickups and business meetings
  • Evenings out and special occasions
  • Weddings and VIP guests
  • Anyone who wants to work or rest on the way

What is the same

Both options are pre-booked, priced in advance and driven by licensed drivers. Neither has surge pricing, and you pay by card online when you book.

How to decide

  • Short airport run, one or two people: standard saloon.
  • Luggage or family: estate or people carrier.
  • Clients, a big day or a long journey: executive.
