Checklist
Wedding transport is easy to leave until late, then suddenly urgent. Use this checklist a couple of months before the day, and hand the printable box to whoever is running the timings.

Getting guests home
A people carrier or 8 seater minibus runs guests back to their hotels in one go. Read more in our wedding transport guide, or see our wedding cars.
Which cars for which job?
The couple often choose our Mercedes S Class, with extra legroom and a very quiet ride. Parents and the wedding party travel well in executive cars or an executive people carrier. Guests moving between ceremony and reception, or back to hotels at the end of the night, are easiest in a people carrier or minibus.
Guests flying into Manchester
For guests coming from abroad or other parts of the UK, book airport transfers with their flight numbers and meet & greet, so they are collected in arrivals and taken straight to their hotel. It is one less thing for the couple to think about in wedding week.
Timings that work
Allow more time than you think between photos, ceremony and reception. Country lanes in Cheshire and busy city streets on a Saturday both add minutes. Share the full timeline with us and we will plan pickups around it.
