Book online or call?

For most journeys, the quickest way is to book online. You see the fixed price straight away and get a confirmation by email. Online bookings need at least 8 hours’ notice.

Call us on 0161 660 4006 if you need a car sooner than that, if the trip is unusual, or if you would rather talk it through. That includes big groups, weddings, several vehicles, or a passenger with particular needs.

WhatsApp and email

WhatsApp is handy for quick questions and for sending details such as a changed flight number. Email is best for anything you want in writing, such as a quote for a group or a business account. We answer calls around the clock and reply to messages as quickly as we can, usually the same day.

Changing a booking

Use the link in your confirmation email to view or cancel a booking, or call us with your booking reference. Our FAQs cover changes and cancellations.

Lost property

Left something in the car? Call or message us as soon as you can with your booking reference, the date and a description of the item. We check with the driver and will arrange how to get it back to you.

Complaints

If something went wrong, tell us. Email booking@findcab.uk with your booking reference and what happened. We look into every complaint and come back to you. If you are not happy with our answer, you can also contact the council that licenses us.
