Stripe uses your data to process payments and prevent fraud under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

We never sell your personal data.
6. Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers, such as Stripe and Google, may process data in the United States or elsewhere. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

To use any of these rights, email support@findcab.uk. We will reply within one month. It is free unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
10. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you using only automated means. Prices are worked out by our booking system from the journey details you enter.
11. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls and secure hosting. Only staff and drivers who need your data can see it.
12. Children
Our booking service is for adults. We only hold children's details, such as a child seat request, when an adult gives them for a journey.
13. Complaints to the ICO
If you are unhappy with how we use your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113, or Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
Google services and Google user data
Our website uses Google services to run bookings: Google Maps and Places (address search, maps and journey distances), Google Analytics only if you accept statistics cookies, and Google Search Console to see how our pages appear in search. When you use the address search or map, Google receives the text you type and your approximate location if you allow it, under Google's Privacy Policy.
If you ever sign in to our services with a Google account, we only request your name, email address and profile picture, and we use them only to create and secure your account. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar or files. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with third parties except as needed to provide the service or where the law requires, and never used to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and ask us to delete your data by emailing support@findcab.uk.
