Our executive service pairs a premium car with an experienced, smartly presented driver. It suits client pickups, board meetings, conferences and airport runs where first impressions count, and it is just as popular for anniversaries and evenings out. The cars are a Mercedes E-Class for one to three passengers, an S-Class when comfort matters most, and a V-Class people carrier for small teams, each or similar. Ways to book
Most executive work is a simple one-way trip or a return, for example to Manchester Airport or a city-centre office. For a day of meetings, hourly hire keeps the car and driver with you between appointments, so there is no waiting for a pickup after each one. Many trips start or end at a station, so see station transfers as well.
The driver is there before you are, and the car is ready when you walk out.
What the driver does
Drivers arrive a few minutes early, help with bags and keep conversation to what you want. For airport pickups they follow your flight and can wait in arrivals with a name board, which is useful for visitors who have not met you yet. If your plans change on the day, call us and we will adjust what we can.
For businesses
Every booking comes with an email confirmation and an itemised receipt. Firms that book often usually open a corporate account, which keeps all bookings in one place with a clear record of each journey. Discretion
Many executive passengers work on the move. Drivers keep calls and documents private, do not discuss passengers or destinations, and keep the car quiet unless you want to talk. If a guest needs collecting under a different name, put it in the booking notes and that is the name on the board. For confidential roadshows we can send the same driver for each day.
Online bookings for executive travel need at least 8 hours’ notice, and child and booster seats are free. Payment is by card online. You get an email confirmation straight away, then the driver’s name and car before you travel, so you know exactly who to look for.
